23 A201D - Sheet Music - Key of D - Guitar & Vocals Duet

"23" is essentially the same song as Psalm 23 but re-titled to mark more modern, re-structured, re-imagined arrangements. It still features the ecumenical verbatim Book of Psalms KJV lyrics.

The #201 is a very different sounding version (country pop). The original melody is intact, but lots of new harmony lines are introduced.

The score contains a guitar part on the piano staff (same notes for either instrument), two vocal staves, and accurate guitar chord diagrams.

Key of D means mezzo lead & tenor harmony ranges. Lead vocal note span: C#-D. Harmony vocal note span: D-A (fairly wide 1.5 octaves).

This is a fun arrangement for duet singers (either F/M or F/F). Both vocal parts are kept pretty busy swapping melody and harmony. The lower part is more technically challenging.

ATTENTION: The guitar chords in key of D require 2nd fret capo.
